My seller was ok. The Latin guy was more expressive and nice also give me a pandora book to check more at home.

My mom came to buy me a gift and the assistance she was provided was not great, because she didnt have her glasses and they gave her a charm that says for a friend when she was buying for her daughter. Today I came and spoke to Sandra the manager and she apologized and took excellent care of us, we changed the charms to what we really wanted and left highly satisfied. thank you Sandra for your excellent customer service.

The sale representatives were not friendly or really helpful

The store feels too crowded

The wait time was long the associates weren’t clear on how they were dedicating the time for the next guest to be served there weren’t lots of choices to choose from inventory was low

The first assistant who waited on us seemed intent on NOT selling us something when we gave her our thoughts about what we were looking for. She was not helpful at all. We looked through the book and found a few things to look at and were then waited on by another person (after the first person disappeared). You should return to a number/ticket system for in-store purchases as it can become a madhouse when multiple people are waiting and the "who's next?" thing doesn't work when rude people who don't want to wait have no problem taking someone else's turn.

The store was small, it was very busy & the line was out the door. There were several associates to help people but not enough room in store to allow more people in to be helped. We waited almost hour to be seen. I highly suggest a larger store.

Not given more options to my purchase need. Seems like the clerk did not have much knowledge of the sales available.

The sale rep couldn't type in the serial number for my item. She try for 5 minutes and the n ask for help with the other rep which couldn't help either. They call the boss and she type it right in. So all together it was 25 minutes before I could get my wonderful item.

I originally came in looking for a Tampa Bay Lightning charm and found you don’t sell them. That was disappointing.
