they didn't have some of the items i wanted to see

At the time that I was at pandora it was a little packed and there wasn’t room to walk around and look at certain items.

Dont have a inventary for 44 & 46 rings sizes

The store was in the middle of doing inventory, and the sales associate that I received was not very knowledgeable or overly friendly. She just seemed like she was there! I have had better experiences.

The air conditioner wasn't working and there wasn't enough sales associates to assist the customers in a timely manner.

I’m dissatisfied with my rose gold bracelets and charms both are discolored. I had to purchase new silver bracelet.

Sales associate was knowledgeable about the product I needed . She knew exactly were to look for a replacement of a product I brought in and made a sale on a new item I was specifically looking for my wife . Very man friendly for a quick pit stop for a wife or in my case also daughter easy and fast .

The Service was good. The sales associate was knowledgeable. The sales associate was friendly!

Only complaint i have , was the wait time. I had to stand in line for at least over 30 minutes prior to going into the store , although there was only about four people in the store

It's the holidays. The associates were running around with may customers and seemed a bit disorganized. I was accommodated for my purchase and was only slightly disappointed with the fact you don't offer numbers as part of your charms.
