Free bracelet promo. I spent over $1000 dollars in the store. Wanted a large rose gold bracelet because I spent over 359 dollars and was told no more bracelets. She came back with a sterling silver one which was at the 159 . I was very disappointed was wanting that bracelet for my daughters birthday. I have a gold charm bracelet which cost a fortune. Would think I would be able to get what the promo offered. Disappointed.

The store is too small. Very congested for customers and employees but I’m sure this is a result of the holiday. Also the catalogs should be categorized by type of charm . It can be overwhelming.

Restrictions entering the store. Was told the store is closed 1 hour before the mall closes, however my kids were inside so I was allowed in. One assistance held on to our selection while serving another person so we had to wait to make our purchase.

Didn't have my coupon with me for my $10,oo off

Had to wait outside the store for quite sometime and did not have what I was looking for initially had to settle on something else Representative did not offer to order or look online for item

service was ok did not have a good selection of the items i was looking for

I wasn't upset about this but, the sales associate had to re-ring everything up after I thought the transaction was finished and I was somewhat in a hurry. She was great, but that was the only hiccup.

I was very satisfied with my purchase. However, I have purchased all of my charms from this location and 1 of them broke. This charm was a gift for my granddaughter and her service was poor when she took it to one of the Pandora stores in Philadelphial
