The sales attendant was having issue with the tablet & she didn’t know how to look up my Pandora credit card. We had to wait for another associates to help.

The staff was very welcoming when we came inside and they allowed us to look at merchandise. They also allowed us to take our time and view each item we wanted with care. The store manager was assisted us and she was very kind. I just with they had more employees for the number of pro that was there it would have made it more efficient that having people wait to be helped.

My regular sales girl wasn't there & my backup girl was on lunch (unfortunately) so my sale went to a lesser sales person. There were a number of items I inquired about that were not in stock nor did they know when or if they'd be getting them. She didn't even bother looking if other surrounding stores offered them.

I am shopping for rings sizes 8.5, 9.5, 10.5 nd you do not have rings for women with large fingers.

1) I contacted customer service over the phone with a question as to how to open the bangle I received in the mail. Both of the reps I spoke with couldn’t assist me and told me to go into the store. 2) Both reps on the phone stated they were using YouTube to try to figure out how to use the product. 3)! How are you costumer service reps not familiar with your product?
