I have had a very bad experience in the past where my items (bracelet and 8 charms were given to someone else). I do not trust the store associates to clean my items unless I wait with them. The customer service in the store by the manager at that time was beyond poor and the customer service at the "corporate" level is just as worse. I only purchase items at the Brandon location due to location convenience otherwise I would not recommend anyone to shop there or clean their items there.

Because I entered the store only two salesperson were working had to wait so I observed one saleperson and saw how she treated the customer so when my turn came I didnot received the same satification thatthe other person got she just put my stuff in the bag didnt dress it up and gave me my receipts so i left spent over $100.00 sometime people arent who they seem I guess I looked like i didnt have money. Some will never know Thank You

The sales associate could not easily find the item . The selection of items is not what it used to be . I purchased 3 items and they were put in one box , these items were for 3 different people as gifts. Never happened to me before , all items purchased were boxed separately.
