I was disappointed with the graduation selections.

I went to the pandora store to buy the heart gold clip that were on sale but the sales associate said their 14k is never on sale. Therefore I went to Reeds and they honored the sales price. Please note the price and picture was displayed on line and she still did not honored it.

The sales person I worked with was very rude and short with me. I know exactly what I was looking for and I was very courteous. She did not even ask how I was, nor did she greet me. Very unprofessional behavior, and very rude.

They did I not have all of the charms that I was looking for and the promotional bracelet was not available.

I don't like to wait too much, but the wait was maybe less than 7 mins it was not horrible but ehh overall everything else went well.

I enjoyed my experience at Pandora. However, I did have to wait quite a while to be assisted. I understand it’s the holidays but maybe having another associate could’ve helped since the store manager continued to be pulled away for other matters.
