Coming into the store I was greeted with smiles and eagerness willing to help. The sales associate always considered my ideas and prices range first before offering anything. He helped me picked out the best gift for my best friend 30th birthday

The associates were very helpful. I'm very shy so I turn down assistance naturally, and a gentleman was very insistent on helping us, but again I am very shy (I feel so bad for not allowing him to help me). He was sweet and polite, and I'm sorry sir. I just went with a woman, because, again, I'm very shy. She was lovely. I bought items and they're lovely!

The experience it was alright. The store was packed with people, and we waited a minute or two to been attending. But overall good experience.

My experience was satisfactory Jacqueline was very helpful and her attention to details was excellent. I commend her on her professionalism. During a time when the store was getting crowded. I recommend they have a number ticket sytem this way you dont lose site of who is coming in That is the only reason Idid not give highly experience. You had one Sales person , and it was no Jacqueline, tryin to keep track of custmers and that person was also assiting customers .The othe sales hirls gad to ask her who was next. The number system would alleviate that because the you just call the next number. Pandora is always busy. Work smart.
