As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken to a counter to be helped. The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store was not full like it sometimes gets.

The employee attending me was very helpful... I got the exact charms I was looking for.. and one of the staff helped me rearrange my bracelet to where I love it so much! I was and am very satisfied with the service and overall friendliness of your staff stated in Your Brandon location

I was a loyal Pandora customer at Bond jewelers. They are going out of business so this location will be my default location. Previous visits to this location resulted in snooty sales assistants. I must say that Friday’s visit was very successful and that the associate I dealt with was very down to earth. I hope to return to the store frequently.

I was satisfied because the lady Elizabeth help me find my mom charms that I'm trying to surprise her with. She told me like what stuff to get and even the prices or each piece. It made me really happy because this my first time getting my mom an gift like that and it really means a lot to me.
