Every associate was so polite! Crystal was the one helping me and she took her time with me, answered my questions and made me feel important. She also was kind to my 2 year old and included her in the transaction so that she didn't feel left out.

I went in hoping to browse the selection for something for my mother's birthday and sales associates immediately called me over and offered me help because the store was pretty empty. When I described what kind of colors my mother liked I was shown charms that I immediately knew she'd love. I actually ended up buying more than I thought I would because I was shown charms that I wasn't even aware were there. I'm highly satisfied with my experience because it made birthday and Christmas shopping easy.
