All of the associates were friendly and helpful. Got put on wait list immediately because the store was busy but the wait time was minimal. When helped the associate was very knowledgeable and kind.

How the employee knowledge about Pandora

The store was busy but they had a system in place to make sure all customers were seen in the order that they arrived at the store. The staff was very attentive to all customers. The associates made booklets of the merchandise available for customers to look at so they could show the associate what they wanted to purchase when it was their turn. I was extremely impressed with the associates effectiveness at dealing with a large crowd of customers.

Considering it is the holiday season and the store was extremely busy, I feel the staff did a wonderful job of helping everyone. The lady hat helped me was extremely polite, as was each employee in the store.
