Customer service was really good, the sales associate had about 3 bracelets on wit some nice charms and she recommended me to select some good pieces, her name was Liz

Even though they were in a temporary location in the mall they made it work. They constantly asked me if I needed help. I didn't have to look for it, i just told then what I was looking for and they found the perfect charm for me.

I was overly satisfied with the salesperson who assisted me. His name is Jacob Velez; I actually didn’t intend on going to buy anything. I just went to check some stuff out. However, he recommended me something that he said would fit me perfectly and even though it wasn’t a big purchase I was well pleased with the suggestion! Thus, leading me to buy the leather band looks amazing, very comfortable. Please give this guy a raise for such astounding service. Need more like him :)

I am always greeted promptly, the staff is friendly and the new store is nicer than the previous location. The merchandise is easier to see. Check out is seamless.

The salesman was very helpful and get most of the items my wife wanted.

Brittany was brilliant about helping me pick out the perfect birthday gift for myself. I wasn’t quite sure what murano bead I wanted to add to my bracelet so she asked what color I liked I picked a bead and she placed it on my bracelet I was “Oh this is perfect, I love it”. Brittany was very nice excellent customer service.

I was able to find the item I was looking for quickly. The sales associate answered all my questions with no problems. And I had a speedy checkout.

Pandora is in a temporary space right now. I actually like it better because more could be seen in the cabinets and more room in the store. The sales person was very nice and energetic. She was very patient with me trying to make my decisions.
