Sales Associate Jacob V was very personable and was more than willing to help with my exchange. He went above & beyond to locate my sales receipt in the store system instead of turning me away telling me to return another day when I had my copy of the receipt.

Location of store is close, customer service was good. Selection was good for what i wanted. I needed my bracelet clean and it was done within the hour while we shopped. Over all was good experience.
