The sales associate Jacob was highly knowledgeable and very helpful. He took his time to ensure that I was satisfied. I had purchased some charms online from a site Pandora.online.net that were knock-offs. He took the time to identify each one and replace it with a genuine charm. Jacob also educated me on how not to make the same mistake again. Which l appreciated. You have a very valuable employee in this great young man.

Jacob did an outstanding customer service. My bracelet looks beautiful JACOB TOOK TIME TO PROVIDE OUTSTANDING SERVICE. MANAGER ALSO CAME AND SPOKE WITH ME. TOGETHER WE RESOLVED THE ISSUE OF MY BRACELET BEING WAY TOO TIGHT. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE, JACOB TOOK HIS TIME AND MADE SURE MY BRACELET WAS PERFECT .. He placed all the charms on my bracelet perfectly. why he ended up doing my sister bracelet three times. Never complained took his time in assisting us. We both spent over 600.00 dollars. I personally have bought 3 bracelets for granddaughters and charms with the purchase of my sister bracelet for Christmas this year. I purchased three charms for hers as well for the granddaughters. You might say I'm one of your biggest fans. I took this survey because Jacob did provide , exceptionally outstanding fantastic SERVICE. Thank You for having such a wonderful employee.

Jacob V. No. 167304 was so awesome. My daughter wanted a princess ring and her size was unavailable. Jacob went to another store, personally, and picked up the correct size and called as soon as he had it in store!! Awesome customer service especially after a horrific transaction online. I gave up on Pandora after that but Jacob made shopping easy and I will return to shop directly with him.
