Aurora made this visit a "redemption" visit for me. I purchased while in vacation and the sales associate there was not experienced and not really bothered by it. Aurora was helpful, patient, knowledgable and easy to like! Her creativity cost me anther $220 to go with the $284 previously spent, but with $500 in new Pandora bling, I'm a very happy camper! Please praise Aurora for the fantastic job she did!

The store associates were super friendly and helpful. I was in the store for more than an hour and the associates were not at all bothered that we were there until after the store closed.

I have always been satisfied with Pandora. The store is immaculate. The associates are extremely knowledgeable. They are also very helpful.

The salesperson Elizabeth C. was very helpful in getting me exactly what I was looking for. Shopping was easy and painless! She was great and whenever I’m back in the Brandon area I will definitely shop with her again.
