I was helped very quickly upon entering the store. And had personalized attention with my order, and it was very enjoyable.

I think that the other staff could have been more involved with saying hello.

Because of Elizabeth. We waited on Elizabeth for over a hour and it was well worth the wait. We will only let Elizabeth wait on us. She makes us feel so good about our purchase. It was the first time i ever stepped into a pandora store. And it was well lit, and everything in the store looked fabulous and well polished up. And a sales associate came over to me very quickly to assist me in my purchase.

I love Pandora jewelry. The store is a nice store but not easily accessible in the mall. The sales people are always very friendly.
