First time visit and sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I was disappointed about the unavailability of a "daughter-in-law" charm, but the sales rep was able to demonstrate other charms that were perfect by just asking a couple of questions.

The new sales staff was a lot more friendlier and cheerful. The staff let me take my time to pick my purchase. Nice new vibe in the Brandon Fla mall store toward their Black customers 😁
