The sales store manager provided me customer service at this visit. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I needed to make an exchange for a charm that fit my style of bracelet, and was pleasantly surprised when a similar charm was available. I also required an additional spacer for my bracelet and Susanna was very helpful and educated me as to why it was important to have clips placed at Strategic locations and the bracelet.

The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and friendly and because of this I spend maybe 15 minutes doing this purchase transaction, which for me is amazing.
