Valerie (I am unsure if this is her name) was very helpful in putting together a bracelet for us. She never made us feel rushed or like we were bothering her. I have visited other Pandora stores and been treated very rudely.

I like the store and the product it sells, I like feeling my bracelet with special charms that remind me know f good memories

Sue was knowledgeable and showed us the merchandise. She answered all of our questions and was very friendly.

Love going into the store! All the sales associates aren’t very helpful when it comes to helping me find my next perfect charm! They’re all bright and friendly and suggestive. Well laid out store and clean, sales associates are quick to show new products as well.

I was happy to get the new Dumbo charms

Staff was very friendly, needed a security chain after breaking a second charm from dropping my bracelet when taking it off. Employee pulled out all of my options and I chose from there. Also asked if the charm I had was still available, but it had been discontinued. I mentioned I wish you guys had a military charm (the charm I had was a blue Murano with white stars which was the closest thing my husband could find at the time to represent our son joining the Marines) they said they do and pulled out the new dog tag charm which I loved and purchased as well as my replacement. Super service, would love for you to come out with branch specific charms!

The sales lady took her time with me to ensure I got what I wanted. I felt the items are a bit overpriced.

Susana, the store manager, is a delight. Very charming, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.

I got my bracelet and charms cleaned, I was able to get really nice stoppers and the advice on keeping my purchase in good condition
