I was there to purchase the tiny charms for my locket. After purchase they tried to insert them into my locket purchase in another store. They locket was not working so they gave me a new one and inserted the charms I bought.

The sales rep was very friendly and professional I had called the night before to place an item on hold as soon as I said I was there to pick up she remembered she was the one I spoke with and was very attentive and professional
