She took the time to take allllll my charms off many many times to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the purchases I made. Which I was grateful for that.

Was pleased with the overall experience. Wish I had given a year to pay for my purchases, but six months it's ok? The manager was helpful and has a great personality. With this 15 bucks, I will be able to purchase my other half of the charm to the bracelet.

Shelby was able to find the exact items that I was looking for and she gave me several different options to choose from. She was very patient and after check out wrapped the gift nicely for my sister! Great customer service!

The sales associate with very nice and seemed to know the merchandise very well. I was also greatly satisfied with the merchandise that she helped me pick, it was very beautiful and fits my personality well. I like how there was many people who were willing to help me through my experience.
