I came in to the store knowing the piece I wanted to buy. The sales representative, greeted me and found the item very quickly. She was extremely pleasant and made conversation about the piece and our dogs (the piece was for national dog day). Was in and out of the mall in less than 10 minutes!

The associates were extremely friendly and knowledgeable I was just satisfied that the free cleaning services were taken away and I had to purchase the cleaning solution
