I order all my items online and sometimes the size my not fit but when I went in the store Michelle P. was very nice help replace my daughter bracelet and I plan to go back if I need more charms .

This store is fantastic. All the sales associates seem knowledgeable and willing to help. I always go to Susana, she’s the manager and she’s great.

The return process was easy. I made a purchase in a different Pandora store and they refunded my money. There wash´t any hesitation or problem at all. Great customer service

The sales person Michelle was very nice and listened to what I wanted. She sized my finger and also showed me what she had available in my size!

Sydney was amazing and very helpful with all our needs. We had issues with my bangle and she was able to replace it with the warranty and help me with finding a stopper for my new bracelet

This visit I went with tow of my best friends. One of them is who I had shopped for back in late January. We were actually there to exchange three items & there was such a nice selection I not only returned her items but also gave and purchased some additional ones for her to enjoy. Then I did purchase one ring for me. I will be going back to get her mother a gift for her birthday which will be coming up soon. We had another enjoyable visit and the girl who assisted us was excellent and honest with our selections. Loved it

Michelle P was great, I was there to pick up my best friend a gift for her charm. Michelle and all of the other ladies were great and helped me find the right gift for her and she totally LOVED IT!! They even encouraged me to open and account to receive the additional 10% and I was approved right on the spot. This store was amazing and I will definitely be shopping more at this location.
