I was very happy with my service

My son gave me a mother's day bracelet which arrived a couple days after mother's day but with Pandora being very busy and the mail taking extra time no problem. The size of the bracelet needed exchanging to a size larger. I added two clips and the bracelet is now perfect. One problem is that my son, Eric said he sent me another charm which was not in the box delivered. Eric is still trying to get this resolved. (Pink Pave Daisy Flower Charm #788797C01) Hoping this is resolved soon. Overall I am pleased with the bracelet.

There was a staff member at the store entrance ensuring that the limit of customers was five and did not allow any others in until person left. That was excellent.

I love Pandora. And Melissa L was very helpful. She knew the merchandise very well. And I'm very happy with my purchase.

I worked with Susanna the store manager who was friendly and highly knowledgeable about Pandora products. Due to COVID-19 the store only allowed a few people in at a time and it was beyond clean. We were appreciative of the hand sanitizer as well as the fact all employees were wearing masks.

The store is extremely clean and associate take the time To disinfect everything from the jewelry counters, bags everything. Susana P was great, patient and super helpful. She helped me picked great pieces for my mom. Is a shame they didn’t have the new Mother’s Day collection.
