The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable on the product we were looking for. The price was fair and the overall experience was pleasant. The store appeared to be very sanitized which is a plus on this day and age.

The sales associate immediately greeted me upon entry. She was very patient. Offered alternates of charms that were unavailable in store that i was satisfied with.
