I had ordered a charm on line that turned out to be too small for my bracelet (one of the Pandora Me charms) so I went in to exchange it and the associate who helped us, Michelle, I believe, was very nice and knowledgeable and was able to help me exchamge my charm for one that would fit my Moments bracelet. I love this store and will definitely be coming back.
