The sales associate was amazing. Very knowledgeable and made suggestions based on what I said I was looking for. I have never had a negative experience in this location. Always very professional and engaging.

Sales person was very helpful I was undecided and he was very patient. In the end I found something that I was really happy with. This was my second day in the same week going to pandora

The service was great, my sales rep was very pleasant and knew exactly what I was looking for. The store was very clean & organized very well.

I knew what I wanted so it was easy. I pass 2 or 3 sales associate before anyone greeted me. The person who greeted me happened to be a new girl and she was nervous but the fact she greeted me and took interest in me, made me stay. Otherwise I would have not purchased yesterday. I would have went to another pandora or even Jared. She did great. She was professional, nice and did a great job.

On our visit yesterday we had a shopping experience, not just run in and buy a charms, the sales associates that helped us on this shopping were phenomenal

I loved the atmosphere of the store. Dakota was very excellent! He really did help me out with picking out a great anniversary gift.

This was my first time at this particular location. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I came in for a specific charm for my bracelet. The sales associate informed me of a similar charm that I might be interested in that recently arrived. She took the time to find this charm. I ended up getting this charm in addition to two others. I was highly satisfied with the service I received and I will absolutely return to this location for future purchases.

Everyone in the store was very friendly & helpful, i was able to find what i needed and even more.

I can’t say enough about the staff at the Brandon Mall store. I came in for the new Mickey and Minnie robot charms. They didn’t know they’d arrived so were as excited as me to see them. I came at a slow point in the day so everyone gathered round and it was a lot of fun!
