Emily 1st day on the job & she was great!! Very knowledgeable & sweet. I even told her I'll be looking for her only on my next visit & sending my boyfriend to her.😉

When I first order online and called customer service it was rocky at first being that an agent hung up in my face , but I called back and spoke to another agent and he made me wanna continue doing business with pandora he was beyond a great customer service rep and he did a great job with fixing my order and problem.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because out of all the stores I go to this one was the best. The manager attended me and she knew exactly what to recommend, suggested products, and was very polite. I loved it!

Loved the services and helped me pick out something perfect for my aunt and also for my girlfriend and I didn’t spend a lot of money I was happy
