The atmosphere of this store is fantastic and unique. Being in customer service for over 22 years you get to be extremely picky with you greets you and the way associates carry themselves. The store manager, Susana is fantastic. I loved her personality, it was like buying with one of my beat friends from years. I will be coming back soon.

I absolutely love this place. Wished they have what I wanted in stock. Seems like they run out pretty fast. But great service!

My husband and I went there for my birthday. We were acknowledged as soon as we walked inside the store by multiple employees. The sales lady was very patient with us, we really didn’t know what we wanted. She showed us a lot of different charms, I apologized for having her do so & with a huge smile she told us that it was no problem and that’s what she is here for. We were very satisfied with the bracelet that she put together for me. I left very very happy!!

My fiancé and I came in on a busy Saturday afternoon, even though it was busy inside the store Susana made us feel in no rush to find the perfect charm and bracelet. She was very informative and also had beautiful pieces of pandora on her that I definitely will purchase in the near future.
