The staff is always right there to help you

We had to wait for being served...two employees and we were 4 waiting to be served.

I was very satisfied with the pandora experience overall. Was a little disappointed that my birthstone ring was not in stock and they said it was discontinued.

They were busy. Three associates and several customers so they were trying to wait on multiple people at once. They did not take my 10% off for opening a credit card so I have to drive 45 minutes back to the store. I also was not given any paperwork regarding the opening and being approved for the credit card. I believe these over sites were because they were trying to wait on more than one customer at a time. The sales associates were very helpful but can only do so much at once.

I don’t think anyone went above and beyond it was on par with other stores

Service was good

They didn't have my daughter's ring size in for the October promotion.

Very friendly hard to find something cause everything is nice.

The sales person pushed merchandise that wasn't needed or wanted.
