The Bangor Mall store exchanged (after verification of authenticity) a mail ordered bracelet that came with 2 major kinks in it. I've spent thousands at Pandora on charms and bracelets I was so upset when it arrived all damaged and Doreen at the store was excellent once she received authorization from headquarters which surprisingly only took about 15 minutes. I called before going our and got an immediate replacement. I found out I was fooled online by Mall of America grabbing my Pandora search and also would have gotten a bigger discount if I'd of been directed to Pandora.net. I won't forget that address for any future purchases I make. Shameful for Mall of America to send me such an obvious defected piece of jewelry that was hundreds of dollars.

She was great and very easy to talk too. Also very knowledgeable of the merchandise.

sales clerk remembered me from previous visits, showed me a variety of options to meet my criteria, I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time for black friday!

Everyone was so nice with helping fit my ring size and finding the ring I wanted.

Customer service as soon as we walked it. Sales person knew exactly where items were and had plenty of recommendations.
