The store was very clean. The associates worked together well as the store was very crowded. Also I did not feel rushed making my purchase.

I entered store and was immediately greeted. Sales clerk was friendly and very professional. Sales clerk was also on point with finding exactly what I requested.

Sales lady was more then kind,plus her name was Michelle,... Like mine 😀😀😀...she knew her stuff,plus very knowledgeable... Good for her.

I was able to just walk in with no wait. I was able to purchase the charm I wanted.

When I arrived at the King of Prussia Pandora location it was very busy. The associate took my name and gave me an estimate of how long my wait would be. They are VERY professional and friendly. The associate that assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable about Pandora products. My customer experience was AWESOME!! I’d recommend this location and I will definitely be going back!!
