We went to the Pandora store in King of Prussia to buy a bracelet for my daughter’s 16th birthday. The sales associate Lucy was so knowledgeable and very helpful. She was such a wonderful person to work with and her customer service was top notch. Some other stores need to take lessons from Lucy on providing great customer service.

The customer service was great, everyone was friendly and they helped me to pick out the perfect ring!

Gwendolyn B #139241 was extremely helpful. I bought the wrong size bracelet for my wife and wanted to exchange the size as I was told I could at the point of sale. My first attempt was unsuccessful. The sales person glanced at it one and said no! Discouraged, I didn't think my wife would be able to enjoy her gift. I decided to try again and I met Gwen. Her friendly and welcoming attitude greeted my wife and I and she took care of our need. She deserves to be recognized after my first experience. THANK YOU GWEN!

Came in to the stored and was speaking to a manager about my pandora bracelet I wasn’t happy with the first manager answer she did not help me the way I thought she would went out of the stored upset was walking around the mall until I saw GWENDOLYN B came back to the stored explained my situation to her and she help me and answer all my questions I was extremely satisfied with her customer service and at the end of everything she help me solve my problem with my bracelet and I end up buying a beautiful charm that love now ☺️

Love the products, and I've always appreciated the experience with the knowledgeable staff. Would love to see charms that represent individual States and State Flowers, Birds, etc. Also, charms that represent different countries.
