The sale associate was very friendly and started conversation with my friend and I. The store was beautiful, not one thing seemed unclean or out of place. The store was small because it was in the mall but it was easy to walk around and see the entire selection of what they had to offer. I purchased two rings, and they are beautiful. I spent less than $100 for both of them. I am coming back to Pandora next time I want to make a purchase like this.

It was my first time buying a panadora’s bracelet and I was pleased with the service.

I purchased a bracelet for my granddaughter a few months ago, just gave it to her a few days ago for her birthday. It was too short for her wrist. It actually just got her but it was tight, and if she wants to add more charms she would need a longer bracelet. No problems. I got a longer one and a couple of bead charms. The saleswoman was very patient and helpful.

The customer service was impeccable! Gwendolyn was Amazing in balancing my bracelet ,she took my pride in listening to what each charm represented to me. It made my shopping experience delightful because she was unhurried in the sale .
