The sales associate was not friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable about the merchandise. She presented the promotion to us incorrectly, but we still made a purchase of a necklace and ring. After we had paid for the items the manager told us that the promotional items are nonreturnable after the other sales associate that helped us specifically said we could return the items for a full refund.

The sales associate was very unfriendly. She had a bad attitude while helping me. She seems annoyed when I was asking her questions. I remained polite in spite of her disposition. She had no smile at all, very impersonal and cold.

I was charged twice and I drove 25 miles just buy these items for my wife. But now that I was charged twice I have to get this problem resolved by the 20th or I won’t afford to b able to do what I want to do for our anniversary and her birthday!

Purchased Hearts of Pandora earrings which are defective. The posts are twice as thick as my other earrings and it won’t fit in my ear hole. Sat on hold for a total of 25 minutes to get through to a representative. Because I live 3 hours from the store where I purchased the defective earrings, I have to mail them for credit. I honesty wish I hadn’t gotten a bracelet for Christmas because I am so disgusted that I don’t want to invest more money in Pandora charms.

The sales associate was really nasty and after we requested another associate we waited for about 20 minutes until someones else helped us. My best friends and I were there to purchase friendship rings for our friendship to one another. I will never return to this particular Pandora in King of Prussia Mall.

The store was incredibly loud and dirty and the entire sales staff ignored me for 10 minuets and then seemed to Bush me off when asking for assistance. Highly dissatisfied. Respectfully, A concerned consumer

The associates working for the store where all of color, when someone of the same race entered the store, there was a difference of hospitality. They were welcome in the store and asked if they could be helped first. There was a lady in the store, who was white and was trying to return something, that was ordered online, she was told it couldn't be returned to that store, because it was a franchise store, which, I had also encountered the same issue last year, but I purchased from the store and was told I couldn't return. I personally wish I never started Pandora, always a bad experience.

The sales associate was EXTREMELY RUDE, and very annoyed when asked a question regarding a bracelet!!! The only reason I bought the bracelet was because it was a present! I would NEVER deal with this sales associate ever again!!!! Very disappointed with my visit!!!
