Sales women was not very friendly. Was looking for earrings and she put a book on the counter that didn't even include all of the earrings. Had to ask myself about more earrings I have seen. Seemed very uninterested in the sale and more involved in the conversation with coworker.

I received no geeeting when entering the store. I had to ask someone to be helped when there were about 2-3 employees that were just standing around. The lady whom i asked for help walked away from me n told me to let me know when im ready after i told her that i was unsure of exactly what i wanted and asked her for suggestions on different things. I also got denied for jewelry cleaning. I was told they werent doing any that day but a lady that was next to me had just gotten hers done. Your employee weren’t welcoming and acted as if they just were trying to get people in and out the store.

last weekend i went to your King of Prussia store to purchase a charm bracelet as a gift for my wife. ive never been in a pandora store and didn't know anything about your products. the girl who waited on me at first seemed very eager to help, but that quickly changed when i began asking questions about the products, specifically price based questions. the girl removed a rack of bracelets and i asked if they were separated by price. she said, "no, they are all different prices." she seemed turned off and uninterested in waiting on me any longer with her one word "yes and no" answers and her inability to hold a conversation with me as she spoke to the other employees in the store. i frustratingly chose a bracelet and then suffered through the task of picking out a charm as i secretly hoped her less than favorable attitude could be blamed on hiring "holiday help".

The sales associate I worked with was great. There were 2 or 3 workers in the corner of the store having, a conversation, which is fine, but never stopped once to ask if I needed assistance. It was clear that I was perplexed, and was looking for something I couldn't find. I waited for the girl at the counter you finish with her customers before I was helped. The associate who stood next the woman helping me, was looking over her shoulder at us, as if there was an issue, making me somewhat uncomfortable and highly annoyed.

I went to the store to purchase 2 new charm bracelets as mine have stretched and are no longer comfortable to wear. I've only shopped in the Pandora store a few times, prior to that I purchased from a local jeweler who no longer carries the line. I was looking for the basic Pandora bracelet with snap clasp, I was told they were out in my size... No offer to order them for me or anything. Then I asked about a Disney bracelet from the sale rack, there was one available so that is what I purchased. I went home and wound up ordering the bracelets online from Jared. I just felt the associates were not interested in helping, as it seemed like something else was going on among other employees and that was more interesting?

I had called to have something held for me. The sales associate could not find my hold. Luckily they had another in stock since I had driven 45 minutes. She never offered to show me anything else. I asked about the new collection and she said we might have gotten some things in, but didn't offer to show me. I had to request a specific item to see.

Associate is not friendly, raise her voice like were laughing at me. I felt uncomfortable

I was not politely greeted. I was interested in getting more than 1 item but staff was disinterested in helping.

The whole experience was that of a “revolving door” get them in and get them out feeling. Store manager was running around either into backroom or tontake a name with no actual customer service. The sales staff were simply interested in getting rid of one customer to move to the next.

The associates are too busy to serve every costumer. The associates' attitude are not satisfying. Too few associates available in the store.
