I was satisfied because the sales associate was patient and helpful when I was choosing which rings I wanted to purchase. I also liked how she helped me find the ring I was looking for that they didn't have in the store. I loved how quickly I was approached by a sales associate.

Sales person didn't know where merchandise was making the visit really long

I wasn't satisfied because I wasn't told until late in my visit that the store was closing and they had little to no merchandise left. I was also a little sad that I got the display pendant instead of a new one. I'm sure it doesn't make a huge difference but for the price it would've been nice to get a brand new one that hasn't been touched by people looking at it.

My boyfriend and I arrived at the King of Prussia Pandora location so he could buy me, yet another, pandora ring. We walked into the store and immediately located the rings. There were about 5 employees working at the time. Two were helping out others, one was doing something in the back end of the store and the other two were gossiping in the corner near the ring display. We waited an upwards of 15 minutes before someone finally asked us if we were being helped (the woman who was doing something in the back end of the store). When we said no she asked us to wait a moment and then proceeded to help us. We ended up getting a ring, ending price was around $85 including cleaning. The woman who helped us was very nice and apologized for the lack of help we received in the beginning. While the rings are such nice quality, for the price I wish we were more attended to instead of employees gossiping in the corner... the store is small, and their conversation was definitely NOT about the merchandise. Overall, we got what we came for I guess.

The employees aré not friéndrly enough

There were only 2 associates working on a very busy Sunday afternoon. The woman that I dealt with seemed very indifferent to me and didn’t really interact with me. I already knew what I was looking for but she wasn’t really personable with me until I confirmed what I actually wanted to purchase. Good service should be given regardless of whether I planned to purchase anything or if I was ‘just looking’. The store was extremely cramped as well.

One associate was quite friendly but the other was very, very Luke warm. She did not measure my duagter's finger for size like we asked. Instead she took out rings in various sizes and shoved those on her finger to get an estimate. The entire transaction was not stellar customer service. I would expect a higher level at a brand name store like Pandora.

I think the prices are too high for the quality and silver jewelry. The associate was not very helpful

The wait was over 30 minutes. I knew exactly what I wanted but I had to make a “reservation” while I watched others view jewelry for minutes. There should be an area where someone can purchase instantly if they know what they want. Many people left just because of the line. I can only imagine the lost revenue....

Waiting for assistance. Was passed over and another customer taken that came in store after me. I had to ask someone for assistance and she didn't get anyone.
