too many people in a small store. Associates were standing there talking about what to get for lunch...not caring about customers

The sales associate appeared somewhat detached. She did not smile nor was she very welcoming. However, I want to clarify that she was in no way man nor rude. She doesn't seem to know that a smile and eye contact could solidify a sale. She did seem young so I would recommend additional training.

Well in Pandora I don't know why I they always give me the charms which are not new ones they seem touched or not cleaned I guess, and also the woman attending me was fighting with the other saleswoman

When I questioned the thickness of the promotional "free" bangle with $125 purchase compared to the display bangle the sales associate attitude became very short and curt with me. My dad is in from out of town and was treating me to a Pandora gift for my birthday. The sales promotion was perfect but the sales associate attitude changed the positive experience I thought I was having with her. Needless to say I was disappointed and just wanted to leave but my dad really want to buy me something nice that I wanted before leaving out of town again.

The sales associate did not smile at all. Not when we walked in and not while she was helping us. She did warm up toward the end after we had been there for some time and we were forcefully making conversation. She was extremely knowledgable and provided helpful direction. However I left feeling as if I should't have spent the money I did b/c she didn't deserve the sale. I know that's harsh but we spent $140 not even going in there intending to purchase something. I believe other associates were helpful, but they didn't help me directly.

There was a long wait time to be seen by a sales associate because the store was very busy and there were not enough sales associates for the high volume of customers.
