Associates seemed in a rush to leave and were not helpful in selecting jewelry or did not seem happy to be helping. Even though there was about 20 minutes before closing, the associates were all more focused on cleaning and talking to eachother instead of helping.

Confused about how the prices were when I spent $276.00 the price went down to $248.00and with the 10% off and that price went down so I opened a credit card. I didn’t understand why you could not just allow me to get my jewelry without having to spend more money. Next time it needs to be explained more clearly so like me the next person will not have the same issue. But I love my jewelry but didn’t like what happened when I had to spend more money.

I was not highly satisfied because the ring that I wanted, "Quietly Spoken" was not there and they were not sure if it was retired or not. No one seemed to know.

This location is far for me. They didn’t have several rings in my size. Price is very high

The store is a very tight store but the staff was readily available to assist. The prices are a little extreme for the merchandise but the year insurance was ultimately made me purchase the earrings. The sales associate was helpful but I could tell she was getting slightly annoyed with my questions.

While I was greeted when I entered the store, they asked what I was looking stopping in for and how they could help. I mentioned that I wanted a specific charm but haven't been in a store recently so also wanted to look around and also may need a new bracelet. One associate quickly obtained the charm I went there to purchase and began processing the check out without allowing me more time to browse. I may have bought more items had I not been rushed with the purchase.
