I enjoyed the store but I felt like the sale person was rushing us. So she can do another sale and when you spending money like that it takes time and patience. Yes this is my first Item from pandora

The sales associate kept looking at her fit bit/watch. I felt she was not devoting her attention on me.

I didn’t feel welcomed when I walked into the store. All staff that were there were not friendly or seemed approachable. I don’t live in the state I purchased my item therefore I will not return there.

I am Canadian and since your dollar is much stronger than ours, it’s a little painful to shop in the US Because of the exchange. That is not your problem, and I love the stone.

The girls were very nice, kind, and funny.

I was satisfied with my shopping experience. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to exchange my sister's bracelet for one that fit her better. She also browsed for future purchases.

Because Pandora discontinued the vintage letters and replaced them with very plain, ordinary, not nice letters!

The Associate who was helping was not much helpful. I hv to ask her for my free gift she didnt inform me about it.

I have had better experiences with other Pandora purchases
