It was a very pleasant visit the store was a little crowded at the time but very good customer service

The store is very small. Not a lot of selection. Most common sizes not available in popular items.

It was Saturday 12/29, yes the mall was crowded. My sales assoc was not chatty in helping me. I was there to purchase a new bracelet for my daughter's 21st Birthday with 5 charms. Every charm i asked to see was a chore for the associate. Poor service all the way around for spending over$350 in the store.

The sales associates were helpful and pleasant.

I bought a safety chain and asked to have my bracelet cleaned and polished, which they ALWAYS do at other stores, and they would not do it. I’ll return to The Hide Out next time. They package your purchase much nicer and clean your bracelet!!

The sales person did not have any idea on the charms and she has to look into system for their availability

There was annitem that was not available.

There was an unplanned system outage during my visit to Pandora. It lasted over 30 minutes.

Not thrilled with option for specific gift I wanted.

The representative seemed as tho she was a better things to do.
