I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in.

I was trying to rebuild a sentimental gift/bracelet and the woman helping me even helped me figure out discontinued pieces versus what you have now. She knew the products enough to know what was similar if it was discontinued. She was kind and understanding that this gift was more than a bracelet, it was a piece from a family member who has passed. So she even helped me figure out how to hunt down pieces that are no longer for sale. She was amazing. I will be back.
