In the beginning of the visit the associate had a problem finding the order, but once the order was received everything was excellent and as far as the service goes I feel everything was great.

I love the product and I think the quality of service was good, but it took a lot longer than I expected. I feel that the assistance that I received was very helpful and the sales associate was very helpful. In the beginning of my visit they had a hard time finding the order but once the order was found I was highly satisfied with everything else.

I was satisfied with my experience, I was in it out of the store in less than 10 minutes due to the fact that I knew what I wanted. The workers were nice and it’s not like I was spending time looking for something I did not know I wanted.

I am not highly satisfied with the Pandora because I am not very familiar with the store and I wojld need to shop there more often and see the quality overtime to be very satisfied

The sales associate was just ok, she didn’t really seem interested in helping me. Initially she told me to look at the wall for what’s new. I had to ask her to keep showing me different charms from different trays. The trays she showed me were under the glass, which is fine, I understand that’s because of Covid, but the charms were not properly seated in their spots. She didn’t really ask what I liked. She just seemed uninterested.

I think a loyalty program will be nice. Also when I make purchases at Tiffany and Co I’m always rewarded with a small give away. It’s a nice perk and makes me feel valued

The wait was ridiculous. Wasn’t sure if I was allowed in to look or not. Plenty of other surpassed me to go in and look while I waited in line and waited for my name to be called like the sign said from the sign up sheet.
