Kallarny is an absolute delight and extremely helpful! I called the store and she was able to help me out and had my item ready at the counter when I arrived.

I came in just to browse through some charms, Alexia the sale associate was so gracious to show me some items like necklace chains and charm holder. I ended up buying those. She is so sweet and very easy to talk with.

Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, my 15 yr old granddaughter was shopping for her birthday. She loves Florence by Mills collection. I had given her a gift card and paid for the additional fee. Always had good experiences with Pandora.
