The salesgirl her name was Taylor she was very rude and she kept pushing things in front of me ,she doesn't know where the the things are that store located in Lehigh vally mall,whitehall,pa,will never go back to that awful store the people there are so rude,I will go to kay store instead next time

Sales rep were rude when I tried to return and item. They looked down on me and were impolite.

The sales associates would not let me browse the rings and jewelry around the store and made me wait outside of the store until someone could “help me”. It was absolutely ridiculous.

1. Had to wait outside store 20 min. 2. When I finally was allowed to enter store I told the associate exactly what I wanted and yet was in the store for another 20 min. While she was trying to locate the items because there was no more in stock I noticed the employees in the store were not trying to serve people as fast as they could considering the long waiting line outside of the store I noticed one associate behind me with a male customer the entire time I was in the store she spoke to him about college and college credits and what she taking now etc it made me very upset that this employee was flirting with the customer while there were people waiting outside the store. Sell the item and keep it moving..... I finally was rung up but I was sold a floor model when I left there the associate was still flirting.... unbelievable!!!! Stood in line out side store 20min another 20 min inside store just to get sold a floor model and watch a female employee flirt her way to this man. Worst pandora experience!
