I was not able to buy online and pickup at the store location. I was forced to wait in line for two hours before being able to access an associate which could process my purchase although I knew what I wanted upon arrival. Horrible experience to wait for others browsing... The store associates were extremely nice, but that practice is ridiculous.

We were expected to know EXACTLY what we wanted. The sales associate was completely reluctant to allow us to look at any charms. She didn't let us look. She gave us the display charms not a new one from the "drawer". We were having such a difficult time that I just wanted to get a gift and leave. Sales associate yelled at me for taking a step.over to look at rings, which would have been fine had she said please, but she didn't. Was very rude, and not helpful at all. Makes my purchase aweful. Won't be going back there ever.

Today I’ve experienced the most biased situation I’ve ever been in. Automatically the sales associate judged me and throughout the process I felt very uncomfortable. I am no longer visiting the Lehigh valley mall Pandora. Thank you

Sale person was rude I felt like I was being rushed she had an attitude I also told her items was a gift yet all items wasn’t even separated in different boxes

I asked for a certain type of bangle and the sale associate played off unwrapping a different type of bangle and I noticed it wasn’t the one I asked for it. The sale associate claimed there is not more however the other sale associate initiated to check if there was any left.

I was trying to return my charms from Christmas I had received double. I didn’t have a receipt. But I had a screenshot of my sons bank statement that he spent $111.23 at Pandora at Lehigh Valley on Dec 23. They wouldn’t allow me to exchange for another charm or bracelet. Wasn’t helpful very nasty.

The sales associates and manager were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Items purchased were returned due to the dis-satisfaction in the staff. Items were then repurchased at another Pandora Store.
