The sales associate I was paired with was very pushy. I came into Pandora with a friend exchanging an item & I happened to be looking at rings while waiting for my friend to finish up. The sales associate came up to me & told me to go to the other counter and shell pull out my size rings. I kindly declined but she kept telling me ideas she had. I walked over to the counter & only had one ring in mind I wanted. She continuously kept added rings to the one I was going to purchase. I kept telling her I like a simple style but she insisted I must buy another one because if I decide later the store may not have it anymore after I clearly stated I either come back in tomorrow if I did decide I wanted another or I'd order online. She handed me my receipt & sent me out, I did not receive a bag or little white pouch. I am highly dissatisfied with the service of my trip especially because I have had very good service previously at this store.

The sales person felt we should purchase the items she would wear instead of what we needed for a gift and seemed annoyed we only purchased one item. We left feeling unwelcome and a annoyance to her.

The sales associate that helped me was very polite and helpful. She was a young African-American girl who seemed to be a new hire, but gave a sincere effort in helping me find the right charms for my mothers bracelet. However, I was highly dissatisfied and offended by the behaviors of what seemed to be the store’s supervisors. I am an African-American woman myself and I did not appreciate the stares and foul looks that my family and I received while shopping at this location. Also, while I was shopping, one of the managers decided to pitch in during the sale. The young girl was doing fine helping us, but this manager seemed to be racially profiling me and my family and offered unpolite help. Once the time came for me to make a purchase, the manager that was ringing my sale also gave the same disturbing look as if we had done something wrong. I shop at Pandora all the time and just about during every major holiday and NEVER have I felt this level of prejudice behavior take place. It made my family and I very uncomfortable and I will not be returning here nor will I direct any colleagues, friends, or relatives to this location either.

Associates assumed my companion, a woman, was not interested in viewing merchandise, did not greet her, and assisted other customers even after the oversight was called to their attention. My friend obviously did not purchase anything and now is not likely to purchase anything Pandora after this non interaction.

I return to the store bc I see I gift and I want purchase but bc I engraved they can give to me I explained I take only the bracelet you keep the charm and I pay the difference they say the manager and the lead of the store they can’t do it you have to buy separate know and I went same day to get the gift set they treat me like it’s too late bc you engraved just switch they say no not even I’m sorry we can’t do it just both we can’t do nothing that’s not customer satisfied

The Rose gold charms was actually a different price as shown on the display very disappointed when my bill came up to a different amount I expected

Traveled an hour and a half to have my hundreds of dollars worth of jewelry cleaned that was promised at the time of purchase. Was told it would take hours to do so bc they were busy. There were only 2 patrons in the store at time with 2 associates working
