I specifically told the associate what I wanted. She get showing me different items. I kept telling her again what I wanted. She was not listening to me.

My Pandora credit card account was closed for NO reason at all! I’ve had that account since 2018 with no late payments or issues, and during a pandemic Pandora decides to close my account. I wasn’t buying anything for months besides groceries, and when I finally decide to get a charm for my mother as a gift Pandora closes my account during a pandemic. I love Pandora jewelry and I’ve been supportive for years, it really hurts me to type this.

Every visit into the store feels distant from the associates, they speak sharp and stern and they are not friendly until we've actually picked out merchandise. We haven't been able to look at the merchandise thats displayed. The visit feels rushed and not welcoming at all.

Shortly after my purchase totaled around $300. I see Kay Jewelers has the exact same rings at half or a third of the price of the ones I bought at Pandora.

I was returning a Pandora charm that I got for Christmas that was a duplicate. The sales associate showed me several charms, even placed one on my bracelet and then said "oh, you owe $20." She should have told me the charm I chose as a replacement was more than the one I was returning. Since it was already out on the bracelet I felt. pressured to purchase it.

The sales Manger said a rude comment to my husband that was not professional at all m. The sale associate was very professional and trying to help me and the sales Manager was taken over the sale My Husband and I felt very disappointed in the service the Manager represents at your store I will not be coming back to that store again. It was our Anniversary and we were visiting from out town

I felt that the store employees were not very friendly. And the woman helping us was not really listening to exactly what we wanted to purchase. We were specific about a bracelet and two charms, and even after her suggestion she became very pushy when we declined her offer of another deal. Also, at the end of my purchase she told me that I “HAD” to enter in my address to my profile. Which seems strange to me because I’ve had my pandora account since 2016 or 2017. So I didn’t understand why all of the sudden she needed it. So I did not put that information in. My expierence at this store is usually okay. Employees have never really been that friendly. I prefer the Saucon Valley location.
