The suggestions they provided for the problem were not what we were looking for.

I purchased the enchanted crown it had a tag of $60. When the lady charged me the price was 80 . So I showed her the ring was listed for 60 . She indicated sorry we put the wrong tag on the ring and there was nothing she could do . I was so disappointed .

The price of the charm was more expensive when I checked out than what I was told it would be when I decided to get it.

I thought it was very tacky that customers had to wait in line outside the store to even enter the store to look around. Then when I entered the store I felt like I could not take my time to look at the different jewelry in the store, I felt like my time clock was ticking the entire time I was in the store. If there is that much of a security risk, then maybe you shouldn’t have a store in the Lehigh Valley Mall. I probably won’t return to that store location.

The sales people are tripping over each other and attack you the moment you walk in the door. Will not take no for an answer they come very close to rude when you tell them you are just looking. They ask you every 30 sec if you want help , rediculos.

My wife picked out a bracelet with charms already priced. Lady told us that was the price. First Problem was the associate first was going to let us walk out without trying the bracelet on with the charms. It was too tight. She kept saying with time it would stretch out. I insisted and she finally switched it out after she struggled to get the one on and needed another associate to come and put it on. Then when we were checking out the price was different. It was $40 more than it was priced. She noticed it and insisted on just going forward with the transaction. I even asked if that was the price after taxes and all and she hesitated and said yes knowing the price was more than it should of been. I paid because I didn’t want to start any problems. I understand you want to sell more for commission or however they get paid but should of been fair to me and my wife or any customer at that. Just didn’t like the way things went. My wife loved the bracelet and charm though. So didn’t leave without it.

i bought a ring instore for 47.70 on 12/08. i returned it due to buying online afterwards and not needing the ring anymore. i see on my receipt that i was not refunded my full purchase. i was refunded 42.93. I know its not by a lot but it makes me think that you are scamming people since most people will not go back in to complain for such a little amount. I hope you see this and revise the situation. I am not happy and i love pandora.

I attempted to exchange a ring that had a diamond fall out. I went to my nearest store over an hour away. The sales associate at the time told me she couldn’t exchange it due to it not being available in the store. The best she could do is call me if the item became back in stock. Which she didn’t think was likely because of it being last years style. She told me I could try to order online and then bring the old ring back in to make even on the sale. Or I could pick a different ring. Obviously I wanted the same ring. I left and placed the order myself. I proceeded to return back to the store that’s an hour away to return the ring. The lead sales told me it was wear and tear the item could not be returned. So the employees are on different pages, since that’s not what I was originally told.

I found the sales associate to completely lack personality. She was not very informative and cognizant of the fact that this was an exciting experience for me as my husband and I rarely spend money on ourselves. She seemed annoyed that I was price conscious even though we still spent over $200 and kept pushing one particular bracelet ‘deal’ for $199. I knew which charms I was interested in and none of them fit the $80 requirement for that deal. We still made the purchase because I love Pandora jewelry, but we are very unlikely to return to that store. Consultant needs training in reading people and making it an enjoyable experience for them.

We were limited with the amount of people in store understandable due to COVID . We were unable to browse. It was my husbands first visit and he felt he was spending his money , he should have the right to look at what he is purchasing. He has a mask covering his nose while others did not and that was not addressed . But my husband was told not to browse. Poor customer service
