Not happy with waiting almost an hour in line. Lady who was letting customers in was so good she passed out books and asked us questions what brings us to the store I just think there should be a time limit for customers to do there shopping so other customers don’t have to be in a line for 45 minutes to an hour. Other than that my experience was good.

The store is tiny. There’s 3 associates standing by the door guarding it, bombarding me with questions .... like what are you shopping for? What’s your favorite color? What do you want to buy today? Well, I just want to look around and maybe then I’ll buy something, I felt very rushed, didn’t buy even half of what I wanted to because instead of being able to look around I felt obligated to stand and talk to the associate. Not a very pleasant buying experience.

The entire set-up was just slow. This having such a small store front and only allowing five people at a time. If you are going to do that then you should have more efficient way of checking people out. Having to scroll thru that book to get each scan code for each item is really annoying. I have been in the store where I was one of only a few customers and knew what I wanted and it still took forever to check out because of trying to locate the items in the book to read off that scanner thing. Huge waste of time if you buy more then one thing at a time. And I have been in a Pandora ans came out with 5 and 6 items and was like man, there has got to be a better way to checkout.

The store is to small. You have to form a line outside the store. When people have wait to enter a store they are more likely not to wait.

I do not appreciate that you are unable to look without feeling as though the jewelry is being shoved down your throat. Do they work on commission because I said no several times and the persistence can be annoying especially when you’re not feeling like spending so much. In Addition the shine producers are overpriced. The gold is ridiculous in price.

I was supposed to get a cleaning kit with my purchase for $15 and the sales girl did not add it to my order. So now if I want a kit I have to pay full price or purchase more merchandise. I realized this after I got in my car. I was disappointed the kit was not in my bag.

Girl was very friendly but never got to browse. She kept showing my granddaughter and daughter in law things. I was paying and she never discussed with me about prices. I was just there about a month ago and spent $500.00 and got 3 free bracelets so I brought them in for some charms. I worked retail for 30yrs and was always very honest about prices with customers. I spent another $500.00 yesterday and got nothing free, plus she never told prices on items.

Well for one the bracelet I bought for my girlfriend kept opening up so they gave me a new one and when I asked about the free jewelry box I was told they were out of them at that location. I bought the charms and bracelet at the Amish stores but returned it to the Lehigh Valley mall. Between the 2 places I spent over $400.

At first she was helpful but I felt that she was being a little too much. I wanted this ring that was stackable but I didn't want to stack the ring because it's not my style and I an on a budget. The ring was 35 and kept insisting on more expensive options like getting 2 rings or another expensive ring I get it you probably go off of commission but I stated I am a college student. My budget is not a high one, $35 is a lot to me, and then stating "two of these rings is only $70" like holy cow!! I said t multiple times and she just kept pushing me. If she reads this she'll probably be like no I wasn't pushy, but I felt like I stated in subtle ways what I wanted and that I wanted only one ring and she just kept egging me on. I made clear that I had a limited budget, she tried to get me to buy something more expensive when I basically said no thank you. It's not a big deal, just for next time, I think customers shouldn't feel so pushed. It's annoying. Every customer is different and you should know when too much is too much and when to back off.
