I walked by running other mall errands when i saw a kind familiar associate. Days prior i got my rings and bracelet cleaned the outcome of that made me not want to even make this purchase I'm glad i went in the items i wanted 1 wasn't avaliable alone. I believe it was the manager who cleaned my jewelry and brought it back to life.i was so disappointed my turtle looked scratched and the stone is now slightly green. My rings looked yellow and are silver and my most recent gifted charms looked the worst which doesn't make sense the way i got my charms back was not how i handed them to the associate. I wish the lady who cleaned everything got credit for my sale. She was the orignal person i went in to speak to I've talked with her before she is very solution oriented.overall i am happy but i will likely not ever have things cleaned there unless i see her or just do it myself. I have so much more to say but it didn't allow me enough characters

My order was canceled when I went to pick it up. I then stood in line to get in. When I got in, I was waiting for a sales rep. A customer waiting in line was attended to before I was when I was. Then everyone just looked around confused when I told them that I’ve been waiting for someone to help me.

I was told the online order wasn't processed for payment and the computers in the store were messed up so they had to charge me a different way. One of the women helping me said the price would be more than what I paid online because the 30% discount only applied if I applied for a credit card. I showed her that I had received the discount even without applying for a credit card. In the end, I ended up being charged 3 times for my order and there is only 1 pending refund. There should be 2. I tried calling customer service and using the chat and got nowhere so far.

I visit This store all the time and this is the first time I experienced a sales associate who’s customer service wasn’t smiling nor cheerful her attitude was very bland .

Everything is great except for people assume that customers must know how Pandora's products work, some Men have no idea what Pandora is about and it becomes frustrating for first time customers.

We shop at this location at least once a month since the day it opened. And have always had amazing service and experiences. The associate on this visit was curt rude and seemed as if we were inconveniencing her by making her do her job ( to which she had other people get the items we asked for anyway. If Adrienne J is the kind of customer service we are going to receive, going forward we will bring our business elsewhere.
